Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Add Salmon fillets to the Marinade, ensuring they are coated on all sides. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat water bath for sous vide to 125°F (52°C).
- Place marinated Salmon fillets in vacuum-seal bags and seal.
- Cook Salmon in the sous vide water bath for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove Salmon from bags and pat dry.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear Salmon, skin-side down, for 2-3 minutes until skin is crispy.
- While Salmon is searing, whisk together all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Once Salmon is seared, brush generously with the Sauce.
- Garnish with toasted Black sesame seeds, Green onions, and Micro cilantro before serving.
