Instructions
  1. Prepare the Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, combine all Dipping Sauce ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients and mix well.
  3. Prepare the Wet Batter: In another shallow dish, whisk together all Wet Batter ingredients.
  4. Dredge the Pickles: Dip each Pickle Chip into the Wet Batter, ensuring it's fully coated. Then, dredge the pickle in the Breading mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Fry the Pickles: Heat Grapeseed Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the breaded Pickle Chips in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot.
  6. Fry for 2-3 minutes per batch, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a wire rack lined with paper towels to drain.
  7. Serve immediately with the prepared Dipping Sauce.
