1.5 lbs Chicken-boneless, skinless thighs
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin

A classic fajita experience, recreating the flavors of Chili's popular dish with readily available ingredients.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  2. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated Chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Add Vegetables to the skillet during the last 5 minutes of cooking, stirring occasionally until tender-crisp.
  5. While Chicken and Vegetables are cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Serve Chicken and Vegetables with warm tortillas, Sauce, cheese, guacamole, and salsa.
