Copycat Chili's Loaded Fajitas
A classic fajita experience, recreating the flavors of Chili's popular dish with readily available ingredients.

A classic fajita experience, recreating the flavors of Chili's popular dish with readily available ingredients.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated Chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Add Vegetables to the skillet during the last 5 minutes of cooking, stirring occasionally until tender-crisp.
- While Chicken and Vegetables are cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve Chicken and Vegetables with warm tortillas, Sauce, cheese, guacamole, and salsa.
