Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a bowl, combine all Mango Salsa ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Prepare the Chile Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together all Chile Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Prepare the Coating: In a shallow dish, combine flour and black pepper.
Dredge the Tilapia: Lightly coat each Tilapia fillet with the Coating mixture, shaking off any excess.
Cook the Tilapia: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated Tilapia fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
Glaze with Sauce: Brush the cooked Tilapia fillets with the Chile Sauce during the last minute of cooking.
Serve: Serve the Tilapia immediately, topped with the Mango Salsa.
