Copycat Chili's Margarita Chicken

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Chicken ingredients and mix well to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- While chicken is cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisking until well combined.
- Pour the Sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Garnish with additional cilantro and serve with rice and beans.
