Instructions
  1. Prepare the Brine: Dissolve salt and sugar in water. Submerge chicken breasts in brine for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove chicken from brine and pat dry. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients in the Marinade group.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or container and pour marinade over them. Ensure chicken is fully coated.
  4. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
  5. While chicken marinates, prepare the Sauce. In a small saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until butter is melted and sauce is slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. During the last few minutes of grilling, brush chicken with the Sauce.
  9. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with remaining Sauce.
