Instructions
Cut the chicken from the Chicken group into tender-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients from the Marinade group. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all ingredients from the Breading group.
Remove chicken from the marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
Heat vegetable oil from the Frying group in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove chicken and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
