Instructions
Cut the chicken from the Chicken group into tender-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the ingredients from the Marinade group. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 8 hours.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all ingredients from the Breading group.
In another bowl, whisk together the ingredients from the Egg Wash group.
Remove chicken from the marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, then dip in the Egg Wash, and dredge again in the Breading mixture.
Heat peanut oil from the Frying group in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the chicken in batches for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove chicken and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
While chicken is frying, prepare the Dipping Sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve the chicken crispers hot with the Dipping Sauce.
