In a skillet, brown the Ground Beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the Onion and Jalapeno to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the Rotel, Chili Powder, and Cumin. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low. Add the Monterey Jack Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and Pepper Jack Cheese to the skillet. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and smooth.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
