In a large bowl, toss Chicken with Garlic Powder, Paprika, Black Pepper, and Salt.
Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While wings are baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine Ketchup, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne Pepper.
Bring Sauce to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove wings from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour Sauce over wings and toss to coat evenly.
Return wings to the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until sauce is sticky and caramelized.
