Copycat Chili's Southwestern Eggrolls

What You'll Need

Equipment: Large bowl, Small bowl, Large skillet or deep fryer, Paper towels Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Chicken, Filling ingredients. Mix well.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  3. Lay out an egg roll wrapper. Place about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Dip your finger in the beaten Egg and moisten the edges of the wrapper. Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with Sauce for dipping.
