Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Chicken, Filling ingredients. Mix well.
- In a separate small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper. Place about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Dip your finger in the beaten Egg and moisten the edges of the wrapper. Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with Sauce for dipping.
