Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season Chicken with salt and white pepper.
  3. Heat Olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. To make the Sauce: Melt Butter in the same skillet. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Gradually whisk in Heavy cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  7. Reduce heat and stir in Gruyère and Cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth. Add Broccoli and Nutmeg.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, nestling it into the sauce.
  9. In a small bowl, combine Topping ingredients.
  10. Sprinkle Topping evenly over the chicken and sauce.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown and bubbly.
