Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season Chicken with salt and white pepper.
- Heat Olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- To make the Sauce: Melt Butter in the same skillet. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in Heavy cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and stir in Gruyère and Cheddar cheeses until melted and smooth. Add Broccoli and Nutmeg.
- Return chicken to the skillet, nestling it into the sauce.
- In a small bowl, combine Topping ingredients.
- Sprinkle Topping evenly over the chicken and sauce.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown and bubbly.
