In a shallow dish, combine all Coating ingredients and mix well.
Dredge each apple slice in the Coating mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat.
Add the coated apple slices to the skillet in a single layer (work in batches if necessary).
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and tender.
While the apples are cooking, prepare the Sugar Syrup by combining Brown Sugar and Water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the Sugar Syrup over the cooked apples and cook for another minute, allowing the syrup to thicken slightly and coat the apples.
Serve immediately.
