In a shallow dish, combine all Coating ingredients and mix well.
Dredge each apple slice in the Coating mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat and cook until browned and fragrant (about 5-7 minutes).
Add the coated apple slices to the skillet in a single layer (work in batches if necessary).
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and tender.
While the apples are cooking, prepare the Sugar Syrup by combining Muscovado Sugar, Apple Cider, Bourbon, and Lemon Juice in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
