Copycat Cracker Barrel Grits
A classic Southern comfort food, these grits are creamy, cheesy, and perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.

Stone-Ground Grits
4 cups
Water
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper
1 cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

A classic Southern comfort food, these grits are creamy, cheesy, and perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.
Instructions
- Bring Water, Salt, and Pepper to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Slowly whisk in Grits and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until grits are thick and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in Butter until melted.
- Stir in Cheddar Cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
