Instructions
- Bring Water, Heavy Cream, Salt, and White Pepper to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Slowly whisk in Grits and reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring frequently, until grits are thick and creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in Butter until melted.
- Stir in Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Parmesan Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
