Instructions
  1. Bring Water, Heavy Cream, Salt, and White Pepper to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Slowly whisk in Grits and reduce heat to low.
  3. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring frequently, until grits are thick and creamy.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Butter until melted.
  5. Stir in Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Parmesan Cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Serve immediately.
