While the apples are frying, prepare the Sugar Syrup by combining Dark Brown Sugar, Apple Cider, and Maple Syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in Vanilla Extract.
