Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients: canned peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Gently toss to combine.
- Pour the peach mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Topping ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; do not overmix.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the peach mixture, covering as much of the surface as possible.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, plain or with vanilla ice cream.
