Add the Corn kernels to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes, or until the corn is tender and slightly browned.
Sprinkle the Sugar, Salt, and Pepper over the corn and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sugar is dissolved and the corn is caramelized.
Stir in the Heavy Cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
