Instructions
- Prepare Pancakes: In a large bowl, whisk together the All-Purpose Flour, Granulated Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt.
- Add Buttermilk, Egg, Melted Butter, and Vanilla Extract to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cook Bacon: Cook Thick-Cut Bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Cook Sausage: Cook Maple Sausage Patties in a separate skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Cook Eggs: Cook Eggs to your desired doneness (fried, scrambled, etc.) in a skillet with Butter.
- Serve immediately with Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage, and Eggs.
