  1. Prepare the Brown Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, swirling occasionally, until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Macerated Berries ingredients. Let sit for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the Pancake Batter ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and bubbles form on the surface.
  7. While pancakes cook, make the Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream: In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla bean paste until stiff peaks form.
  8. Serve immediately with Macerated Berries and Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream.
