Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the Strawberry Sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries soften and the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Pancake Batter ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and bubbles form on the surface.
  6. Serve immediately with Sliced Bananas and Strawberry Sauce.
  7. Top with Whipped Cream.
