A slightly refined version of the classic Beach Club, featuring higher-quality ingredients and a homemade mayo.
Instructions
- Season Chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: Grill, bake, or pan-fry Chicken until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C). Let cool slightly and slice.
- Cook Bacon: Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Lemon juice.
- Assemble Sandwich: Spread Sauce on both slices of Artisan French bread.
- Layer Ingredients: On one slice of bread, layer Romaine lettuce, Tomato, Red onion, Avocado, sliced Chicken, Bacon, and Smoked provolone cheese.
- Top and Serve: Top with the other slice of bread and serve immediately.
