Cut the dough into 1-inch strips.
In a small saucepan, melt Butter and Olive oil over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in Italian seasoning and Red pepper flakes (if using).
Brush the dough strips generously with the Garlic Butter mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with Marinara Sauce for dipping.
