Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Roast the Garlic: Cut the top off the Garlic head, drizzle with Olive Oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until soft and caramelized. Let cool slightly, then squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves.
Prepare the Roasted Garlic Butter: Mash the roasted garlic with the Butter and Italian Seasoning. Set aside.
Stretch the Dough: Gently stretch the Dough to a 9x13 inch rectangle.
Spread the Butter: Spread the Roasted Garlic Butter evenly over the Dough.
Layer the Cheeses: Arrange the Fresh Mozzarella slices over the butter, then sprinkle with the Provolone Piccante, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Pecorino Romano.
