Instructions
- Combine Brine ingredients in a bowl. Add Shrimp and brine for 30 minutes.
- Combine all Breading ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Remove Shrimp from brine, pat dry, and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Heat Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry Shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on a wire rack.
- In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Add fried Shrimp to the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with Thinly Sliced Green Onions and Toasted Sesame Seeds and serve immediately.
