Instructions
  1. Combine all Buttermilk Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add Shrimp and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine all Breading ingredients in a shallow dish.
  3. Remove Shrimp from marinade and dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  4. Heat Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry Shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. In a separate saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add fried Shrimp to the Sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with Chopped Green Onions and serve immediately.
