Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce: Heat Olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in Crushed tomatoes, Dried oregano, Dried basil, Sugar, and Red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Pound Chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness. In a shallow dish, combine Flour, Salt, and Pepper. In another dish, whisk Eggs. In a third dish, combine Breadcrumbs, Garlic powder, and Onion powder.
  3. Dredge each Chicken breast in Flour, then dip in Egg, and finally coat with Breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
  4. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Place cooked Chicken breasts in a baking dish. Top each breast with Sauce, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
