Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta is cooking, prepare the Sauce. Heat Olive Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add Garlic to the saucepan and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
  4. Pour in Crushed Tomatoes, add Dried Oregano, Dried Basil, Red Pepper Flakes, and Sugar. Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
  5. Bring the Sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the cooked Pasta to the Sauce. Toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with Fresh Basil and Parmesan Cheese.
