  1. In a medium bowl, combine all Infused Oil, Vinegar & Reduction ingredients.
  2. Add all Seasonings to the bowl and whisk well to combine.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Emulsifier ingredients.
  4. Slowly drizzle the Emulsifier mixture into the oil and vinegar while whisking vigorously to create a stable emulsion.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  6. Allow the dressing to rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
