Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Infused Oil, Vinegar & Reduction ingredients.
- Add all Seasonings to the bowl and whisk well to combine.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Emulsifier ingredients.
- Slowly drizzle the Emulsifier mixture into the oil and vinegar while whisking vigorously to create a stable emulsion.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Allow the dressing to rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
