Instructions
  1. Season Chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pan with Dry white wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Whisk in Heavy cream, Calabrian chili paste, and Chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in Lemon juice.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and coat with Sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with Fresh parsley and Grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
