Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
Prepare Sauce: Heat Olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add San Marzano crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare Ricotta Filling: In a bowl, combine all Ricotta Filling ingredients. Mix well.
Stuff Ziti: Fill each ziti tube with the Ricotta Filling. This can be done using a small spoon or piping bag.
Prepare Breading Station: Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs.
Bread Ziti: Dredge each stuffed ziti in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry Ziti: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry stuffed ziti in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
