Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow flavors to meld. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients except the eggs.
  3. Dredge the Shrimp: Dip each Shrimp in the beaten Eggs, then dredge in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  4. Fry the Shrimp: Heat Canola Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the Shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Drain and Serve: Remove Shrimp from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with the prepared Sauce.
