  1. Pat the Filet Mignon steaks dry and season with Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Salt.
  2. Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  4. Remove steaks from skillet and set aside to rest.
  5. In the same skillet, melt Butter from the Butter Sauce group over medium heat.
  6. Add Garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Stir in Worcestershire Sauce, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, and Beef Broth.
  8. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  9. Pour the sauce over the rested steaks and serve immediately.
