Instructions
- Pat the Filet Mignon steaks dry and season with Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, and Salt.
- Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- Remove steaks from skillet and set aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, melt Butter from the Butter Sauce group over medium heat.
- Add Garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in Worcestershire Sauce, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, and Beef Broth.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the rested steaks and serve immediately.
