2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter-melted
1/2 tsp Garlic-minced

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (246°C).
  2. Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with Olive Oil.
  3. Stretch or roll out the Dough to fit the pan.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted Butter and minced Garlic. Brush over the edges of the Dough.
  5. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and simmer for 10 minutes to develop flavors.
  6. Spread the Sauce evenly over the Dough.
  7. Sprinkle half of the Mozzarella Cheese and all of the Parmesan Cheese over the Sauce.
  8. Distribute the Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Onion, Green Bell Pepper, and Black Olives evenly over the cheese.
  9. Top with the remaining Mozzarella Cheese.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
