Copycat Pizza Hut Meat Lovers Pizza

A gourmet take on the classic meat lovers pizza, using high-quality ingredients and a slow-fermented dough.
Instructions
- Preheat oven with a pizza stone to 500°F (260°C).
- Stretch the Dough by hand to a 14-inch circle.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Brush the Dough with a small amount of olive oil.
- Spread the Sauce evenly over the Dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- Arrange the Fresh Mozzarella slices over the Sauce.
- Distribute the Calabrese Salami, Italian Sausage, Prosciutto, and Pancetta evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
