A step up from the standard version, featuring a slightly more flavorful sauce and higher-quality meats.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (246°C).
- Stretch or roll out the Dough to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread the Sauce evenly over the Dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese over the Sauce.
- Distribute the Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Ham, and Bacon evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining Mozzarella and Provolone Cheese.
- Bake for 14-17 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
