Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine Warm Water, Sugar, and Active Dry Yeast. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add Bread Flour, Salt, and Olive Oil to the yeast mixture. Knead for 8-10 minutes until a smooth and elastic dough forms.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 475°F (246°C).
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it in half. Roll out one half into a 12-inch circle.
  6. Arrange Mozzarella Cheese Sticks around the edge of the dough, leaving a small border. Fold the dough over the cheese sticks, pinching to seal.
  7. Roll out the second half of the dough and place it on top of the cheese-filled crust, sealing the edges.
  8. Heat Olive Oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  9. Add Crushed Tomatoes, Dried Basil, Dried Oregano, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Black Pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Spread the Sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Italian Sausage.
  11. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
