Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  6. While chicken is frying, bake biscuits according to package directions.
  7. In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients to make the sauce.
  8. Once chicken is cooked, let it drain on paper towels.
  9. Split each biscuit in half and spread with Sauce. Add a fried chicken breast to each biscuit and serve immediately.
