Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Chicken ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Breading ingredients.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- While chicken is frying, bake biscuits according to package directions.
- In a small bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients to make the sauce.
- Once chicken is cooked, let it drain on paper towels.
- Split each biscuit in half and spread with Sauce. Add a fried chicken breast to each biscuit and serve immediately.
