Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss Potatoes with 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning and Salt.
  3. Spread Potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  4. Roast Potatoes for 20 minutes.
  5. While Potatoes are roasting, combine all Butter Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. After 20 minutes, add Sausage and Corn to the baking sheet with the Potatoes. Drizzle with half of the Butter Sauce.
  7. Continue roasting for another 15 minutes.
  8. Add Lobster tails to the baking sheet. Drizzle with the remaining Butter Sauce.
  9. Roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until Lobster is cooked through and opaque.
  10. Serve immediately.
