Copycat Red Lobster Bay Biscuits
A slightly refined version of the classic Bay Biscuits, incorporating browned butter and a touch of cayenne for added depth.

3/4 tsp

A slightly refined version of the classic Bay Biscuits, incorporating browned butter and a touch of cayenne for added depth.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine Buttermilk and browned Butter.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and Green Onions.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
