Instructions
  1. Cook Fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season Chicken with Cajun seasoning blend. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  3. Remove Chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Deglaze the pan with Dry white wine, scraping up any browned bits.
  4. Pour in Heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Black pepper and Cayenne pepper.
  5. If sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency. Slice Chicken and add it to the Sauce. Toss to coat.
  6. Add cooked Fettuccine pasta to the Sauce and Chicken mixture. Toss to combine. Garnish with Green onions and serve immediately.
