Cook Pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
While pasta is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Deglaze the pan with White Wine, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 2 minutes, until the wine has reduced slightly.
Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese and Nutmeg. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Add the cooked Pasta to the Sauce, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
