Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch Broccoli florets for 1 minute, then immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking. Drain thoroughly.
In a small bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until smooth.
Heat a carbon steel wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking.
Add the blanched Broccoli to the wok and pour the Sauce over it.
Stir-fry vigorously for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and evenly coated the broccoli, creating a slight char.
Garnish with toasted black sesame seeds, green onions, and red pepper flakes before serving.
