Instructions
- Prepare Dough: In a bowl, dissolve Sugar and Yeast in Warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add Bread flour, Salt, and Olive oil. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Prepare Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Whisk in All-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in Heavy cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Nutmeg, Salt, and Pepper. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, toss Langostino tails with Lemon juice and melted Butter.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Roll out Pizza dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread Alfredo Sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with Langostino mixture and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with Fresh parsley before serving.
