Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the Lobster and cook for 10-12 minutes per pound.
While the Lobster is cooking, prepare the Side Dish. Boil the Red Potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Steam or boil the Corn on the Cob for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
Prepare the Draw Butter. In a small saucepan, melt the Unsalted Butter over low heat. Stir in the Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, and Cayenne Pepper. Keep warm.
Once the Lobster is cooked, remove it from the boiling water and let it cool slightly. Crack the Lobster and remove the meat.
Serve the Lobster with the Draw Butter, Red Potatoes, and Corn on the Cob. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning, Salt, and Black Pepper.
