  2. Prepare the Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Stir in Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Paprika, and Cayenne Pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Cut lobster tails lengthwise down the center of the shell, being careful not to cut through the meat.
  4. Gently loosen the lobster meat from the shell and lift it slightly, creating a 'butterfly' effect.
  5. Brush the lobster meat generously with the Butter Sauce.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
  7. Brush with remaining Butter Sauce before serving.
