Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Garlic Herb Butter: In a small saucepan, melt clarified Butter over medium heat. Stir in Garlic, Lemon Juice, Parsley, Chives, Old Bay Seasoning, and Cayenne Pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Cut lobster tails lengthwise down the center of the shell, being careful not to cut through the meat.
  4. Gently loosen the lobster meat from the shell and lift it slightly, creating a 'butterfly' effect.
  5. Brush the lobster meat generously with the Garlic Herb Butter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
  7. Brush with remaining Garlic Herb Butter before serving.
